Princeton Orthodontics is responding to the recommendations of the American Dental Association (ADA) by focusing only on emergency care until further notice. We realize maintaining contact is an essential part of your orthodontic care plan, so we are now offering video appointments to handle your concerns or to evaluate if you need emergency orthodontic care.
What Do I Need to Know Since You Are Now Offering Video Appointments?
When you log in to the video appointment portal, your patient view will be a video of you and a small screen in the corner where you will see your provider. You will want to use a device that has a camera and a microphone. The service we use does not require you do download any software, either.
You will log in and check into a virtual waiting room. By checking in, you are telling us you are here and ready to see Dr. Jonathan Nicozisis or one of the team members at Princeton Orthodontics. Also, while in the waiting room, you can customize by sending a message and taking your picture. This helps us know who you are when we look in the virtual waiting room.
Will My Private Information Remain Safe?
When you check in and use our video appointments service, rest assured your information is private and secure. We made sure the service uses encryption and security protocols that work to protect our conversations. Our video appointments follow all HIPPA requirements.
